Actions we took starting MANA

• We use only natural, organic, regenerated or recycled fibres in all our garments.
• To eliminate the possibility of overstock, we carefully produce in small quantities.
• When possible, we produce made-to-order garments to minimize waste and overstock.
• We only use natural corozo, horn or mother of pearl buttons instead of plastic buttons. All the buttons are GOTS certified.
• The garments we provide do not include spare buttons. However, we maintain a stock of spare buttons in our office for customers who may need them. Send us an email at: info@manabyromana.com
• Organic cotton labels are the only ones we use to embellish our products.
• We make an effort to refrain from using care labels and instead provide care instructions on our website.
• We collect all our returned faulty items either for re-make projects or to re-sell. We never discard or destroy faulty items.
• We offer customers the choice of having any faulty items professionally repaired by a tailor or dry cleaner at our expense, instead of returning them, in order to increase the durability of all garments.
• Embracing sustainability, we utilize packaging that is both reusable and recyclable.
